 The Mental Health Clinic in Room #25 at the Kalubowila Hospital have run out of a very important injection, Flupentixol 40mg/1L, that is administered to schizophrenic and depressed patients. We have managed to source this from Union Chemists in Kalubowila and decided to donate 50 vials of this medicine to the hospital. Each vial costs Rs 1,856 and the total cost for the 50 vials amounts to Rs 92,830/- UC Final Payment Receipt Acknowledgement by Kalubowila Hospital Medical Admin Director Handing over of 50 vials of Fluanxol 40mg/2L to Medical Admin Director at Kalubowila Hospital on Aug 23 2022 Ms Piyumi of Union Chemists who was able to procure the Fluanxone 40mg/2L vials for us ~Delivered Successfully Thanks to all those who lent a hand, Bless you~ 23 Aug 2022
